The program entirely consists of the works written for an oboe, a clarinet and a bassoon. Such structure is called by "Trio d'anche". Its French name is translated, as "Trio of Reeds", that is a trio of the instruments using a reeds.
For such ensemble a lot of fine and interesting music the French composers of the XX century (Ibert, Poulenc, Tomasi, Jolivet, etc.) wrote. It is distinguished by free application of various stylizations, is frequent under a medieval and folk music, difficult rhythms and original harmonies are thus used.
For the poster we used a little modifed option of a Picasso's picture "Three musicians".
